We are capable of ANY job! For smaller repairs, we have a full-time dedicated staff that specializes in a variety of services. For larger renovations and maintenance we have sub-contractor partners that we have established, long-term relationships with.

We do not provide emergency mechanical, electrical or plumbing services but will provide you with a list of qualified partners that can take care of your urgent needs!

For repairs we perform a site visit to discuss your concerns and take photos and measurements. We then pull together an estimate and drawings, as needed. We always try to accurately estimate how much a job will cost but sometimes there are surprises! Our policy is to immediately communicate any unforeseen circumstances, along with a cost estimate prior to continuing work. Our philosophy is to be transparent with materials and labor pricing!

For larger jobs, we have in-house designers and architects that work in the industry standard drawing system, Revit, so that we can illustrate your vision. Alternately, we are happy to attend preliminary meetings with your architect or designer. We are capable of providing an estimate from a construction pricing set.

A home porter is invested in the long-term care of your home, your most valuable asset. Our goal is to create partnerships with our client base by being reliable, consistent and fair-your home is a safe place and we intend to keep it that way! We will manage a small database of clients so that we can maintain our standards. We can be your single point of contact for all things home repair, renovation and maintenance-big or small!
